How do I return/exchange an item?

Please email us at australia@seashepherd.org.au to arrange a return. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. When will you have “item” in stock?

Please email us at australia@seashepherd.org.au for information on when we expect to have the item back in stock.

Do you have a shop in Williamstown?

Yes. Our shop is located at 2 Ann Street in Williamstown and we’re open between 8.30AM and 4.30PM, Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays).
