Episode 5 - 'Humans'
Later this month, the fifth and final episode featuring Sea Shepherd will be available to watch. This powerful episode narrated by the world’s most renowned Natural Historian Sir David Attenborough focuses on how humans are affecting earth’s life support systems: our weather, our oceans and the living world. Sea Shepherd's partnership with the government of Gabon to stop illegal fishing in the largest network of marine protected areas in Africa are featured in the episode, so make sure not to miss it!

About our work in Gabon
Since 2016, Sea Shepherd has been working with the Gabonese government on Operation Albacore; a campaign to patrol and protect Gabon’s 20,000 square mile network of marine protected areas that are a biodiversity hotspot frequented by breeding whales, dolphins, sharks and countless other marine life.
As part of this unique partnership, Sea Shepherd provides a civilian offshore patrol vessel that Gabonese law enforcement agencies utilzie to detect and deter illegal, unregulated and unreported (IUU) fishing activity while also monitoring legal compliance by licensed fishing operators.
