Captain Paul Watson to Speak at the FRAPNA International Film Festival in France on Nov. 15.

Malibu, California - November 13, 2002 - Sea Shepherd Conservation Society founder and president, Capt. Paul Watson, will make a public appearance and speech at FRAPNAs 17th International Nature and Environment Film Festival in Grenoble, France (near Lyon). Watson will speak after the screening of the film "Paul Watson: loeil du Cachalot" by Bruno Vienne and Natacha Calestrémé scheduled to screen at 6pm on Nov. 15. 

FRAPNA (Féderation Rhône-Alpes de Protection del la Nature) is a French organization dedicated to protecting nature and the environment. FRAPNA has organized the international film festival for the last 26 years to provide a showcase for quality productions that focus on animals and the environment. The 17th edition of the festival will be from Nov 12-17 and over 30 productions will be screened and compete for awards. Meetings and conferences will compliment the screenings.
